Our organization was founded by a team insurance professionals with extensive experience in employee benefits. That includes senior level group insurance executives that have developed and sold a variety of

insurance products. We use that experience to make the programs that help you keep healthcare affordable.

Who is Phoenix Employee Benefits?

PEB specializes in delivering significant savings to employers while improving employee health benefits by offering a fully insured hospital indemnity policy along with screening benefits, access to professional wellness coaches and programs. Our PiRKS Plan enables employees to access additional benefits that bridge the gap between co-pays and high deductibles. This is all accomplished with no change in the employees take home pay.
