EMPLOYER BENEFIT
PiRKS incorporates the benefits of a limited medical plan with a comprehensive health and wellness coaching component. PiRKS will compliment your already established health insurance program by bridging the gap between hi deductible and co-pays in many cases. The plan is introduced via a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan pre-tax deduction. The employer will save in $398 per employee per year on payroll tax. PiRKS is implemented with no new net dollars for the employer and the participating employees take-home pay will not be reduced.
